Membership Fee Information

Shortly after submitting the above form, someone will contact you regarding your membership fee, based on the categories listed below:

Category I — Property Owner in the Greater Dulles Area

Undeveloped property, commercial, industrial, residential zoning ($10/acre)
Developed property, residential ($2 per MFU, $5 per THU, and $10 per SFU)

Developed property, non-residential buildings ($0.01 per sq. ft.) 

Minimum Dues: $600.00 Annually
Maximum Dues: $2,900.00 Annually
The annual dues paid by Commercial Building Managers/Owners are reduced when tenant companies join DATA as Employer Members (Corresponding credit down to the minimum dues amount).

Category II — Corporations, Regional Agencies and Associations
